A cold windy night did not deter our full complement of 26 teams back out for another round of night owls on the wonderful Payneham greens.
Usual round of unexpected results, close scores and some outcomes best forgotten.
Draws were a common outcome with 4 overall recorded.
Lupi and The Gamblers. Emery Road All Stars and The Dreamers. The Bald and the Beautiful and The Sparkling Reds. The Latecomers and The River Rats. Could not be a closer result.
Race for the top spot is heating up with the hot favourites The St Peters Boys in the winner’s circle again. Second place is a bit of a lottery with about 6 teams with one hand on the prize.
Winners on the night and just pipping The Honolulu Hounds were The Adventurers with an impressive score of 31 points and 15 shots up. Well done to Peter, Helena and Nick
Once again you had to be quick for the resting toucher tonight. Prize went to Steve from The Scorpions who graces The Wall of Fame for the third time. Well done Steve and to all the other smiling faces.
Jackpot number was – 23. Close but not close enough were The Red Devils on – 22. Bad luck girls and so… 270 bucks up for grabs next week and good luck everyone.
