In a night perfectly suited for night bowls all went well and some fine scores were recorded.

Winners of the night were one of our new teams…Gilligan’s Island on a very respectable score of 32 points and 18 shots up. Well done to Garry, Mark, Tom and Greg. Competition might become a little tougher from here on in.
The jackpot number was…DRAW and sure enough off it went for the second time in as many weeks. Blackhill Boomers and The Gully Gallopers (cross town rivals) shared the money and the cheers and boos almost raised the roof.
We made a presentation to Trev from Last Drinks. A framed copy of last week’s ladder. Trev claimed that in 3 years of Night Owls he had never been top of the table. Well Trev it is more about the end of season than the start. But well done and enjoy your moment in the sun.
