Payneham Bowling Club’s popular Pie and Soup Pairs are back for 2023, brought to you by our wonderful sponsor Roger Steen Crash Repairs. Sign up a team and come along for a fun, competitive game of bowls, your chance to win prizes and enjoy a hot meal of pie and soup – perfect for those chillier months!
PRIZES
To make it more challenging and hopefully more exiting, we are adding some further incentives for you to win and enjoy.
In addition to the $400 prize, there will be a jackpot each month. This will be based on the shots up or down on the final game each month and, if not claimed, will jackpot to the next month.
We will also be having a cumulative prize over the 6 months based on your best 8 scores, using the results from your two games each month.
Each month, $3 per team will be allocated to the jackpot and $3 per team to the cumulative prize pool.
After the final game, the cumulative prize pool will be shared 1/2 to the winner, 1/3 to the runner up and 1/6 to third place.
You will be allowed to use three players per team to allow for a substitute.
The winners of the cumulative prize pool will be determined first by ends won then shots up as per the monthly prizes.
All this will be included for a personal contribution of $15 per player.

Structure: 2 games of pairs, 2-4-2
Cost: $15 per person (includes pie & soup)
Prize: $400 + jackpot + cumulative prize for best 8 scores over the series
