Another near perfect night brought 25 teams out on to our wonderful Payneham greens.
The draw looked to be fairly evened matched however some truly extraordinary results saw the table turned on its head.
Nine teams scored winning results of 30 or more points…what the…this has never happened before. Maybe the new green has everyone fooled.
Congratulations to one of our new teams The Cool Mammas and also The 4 Chances who were first up winners. Well done girls and keep up the good bowls.
Winners of the night on a really impressive score of 32 points and 31 shots up were The Emery Road All Stars. Well done Barry, Nifty, Brian W and Brian H. It was only a matter of time before this team won the evening.
Resting toucher went late with Frank from The 4 Amigos taking the prize. Watch for Frank’s smiling face on our Wall of Fame.
Jackpot number of + 6 was always a chance. We had the Cool Mammas on +5…close…and The 4 Amigos on + 7…also close but not close enough so next week 75 bucks up for grabs.
