The weather bureau nailed the forecast with light showers falling on and off all night. Did not affect the temperature however with a warm and calm night which along with the wet greens made for some interesting results.
We had no less than 6 draws on the night.
- The Falcons so close against the up to now unbeaten St Peters Boys
- The Rolling Stones drew both of their games. First against The 4 Amigos and then again against The Reillys. Just 1 bowl in each game from being 2 game winners.
The Emery Road All Stars ended up with a great score of 30 points and 15 shots up. That’s a good score…but not good enough.
Overall winners of the night were The Bad Bias Boys also with 30 points but with 16 shots up pipping EMRAS by 1 bowl. Well done to John, Eddie John and Rod.
Resting toucher went to Frank from The Bald and The Beautiful. Watch for Frank’s smiling face on our Wall of Fame.
Jackpot number was – 35. No one was within cooee of this…so 150 bucks up for grabs next week. Good luck everyone.
