Week 5 of Night Owls and it’s Melbourne Cup Day. There was a surprise guest at the club….a horse. Thanks to Sally-Anne for provided the horse head.
Just a reminder, if your team cannot play together for one week, doesn’t mean your other team mates can’t play. We are always looking for fill ins or even being able to play a triples game against a team still scores you points!
Results from the night
- 3 undefeated teams – St Peters Boys, Emery Road All Stars and Latecomers.
- 2 wins in a row for Lupi
- St Peters Boys on top of the ladder without winning a night overall.
Winners of the night on a score of 32 points and 23 shots up were the Four Amigos. Congratulations to Tony, Frank, Val and Sergio.
No resting toucher claimed this week. Please don’t forget to let us know when you do have a resting toucher on the night. There is a free drink for the prize.
Jackpot was drawn and no winner tonight. This means the jackpot increases to $50.00 next week.
Barry, Cliff and Frank will start the night off next week and I will be there after a work meeting.
